DIRITTI DELL’INTERESSATO

(GDPR – Art. 15 e segg.)

In relazione al trattamento dei dati personali, ai sensi del GDPR, l’interessato ha il diritto di

• ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la cancellazione dei Suoi dati personali qualora sussista anche solo uno dei motivi previsti dall’art. 17 del Regolamento Europeo;
• ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la limitazione del trattamento dei Suoi dati personali qualora ricorrano una delle ipotesi previste dall’art. 18 del Regolamento Europeo;
• ricevere dal Titolare del trattamento i dati personali che lo riguardano in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, nonché ha il diritto di trasmettere tali dati a un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti, così come previsto dall’art. 20 del Regolamento Europeo;
• non essere sottoposto a decisioni basate unicamente sul trattamento automatizzato che producano effetti giuridici che lo riguardino o che incidano significativamente sulla Sua persona, qualora non abbia preventivamente ed esplicitamente acconsentito, così come previsto dall’art. 22 del Regolamento Europeo. A mero titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, rientra in questa categoria qualsiasi forma di trattamento automatizzato di dati personali teso ad analizzare o prevedere aspetti riguardanti le scelte di consumo e di acquisto, la situazione economica, gli interessi, l’affidabilità, il comportamento;
• proporre reclamo ad un’autorità di controllo, qualora ritenga che il trattamento che lo riguarda violi il Regolamento Europeo. Il reclamo può essere proposto nello Stato membro in cui risiede abitualmente, lavora oppure nel luogo ove si è verificata la presunta violazione, così come previsto dall’art. 77 del Regolamento Europeo.

In genere, sistemi, le app e i siti web prodotti e/o gestiti da AFA Systems srl presentano le funzioni che permettono all’utente registrato di cancellare i propri dati personali e con essi la propria registrazione.
In ogni caso, l’interessato può richiedere la cancellazione dei propri dati personali, della propria registrazione e può esercitare gli altri diritti tutelati dal GDPR scrivendo a: privacy@afasystems.it.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

(GDPR – Article 15 and following)

In relation to the processing of personal data, pursuant to the GDPR, the data subjects has the right to

• obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation of your personal data if there is even just one of the reasons provided for by art. 17 of the European Regulation;
• obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of the processing of your personal data if one of the hypotheses provided for by art. 18 of the European Regulation;
• receive personal data concerning him from the Data Controller in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments, as required by art. 20 of the European Regulation;
• not be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects that concern you or that significantly affect your person, if you have not previously and explicitly consented, as required by art. 22 of the European Regulation. By way of example but not limited to, this category includes any form of automated processing of personal data aimed at analyzing or predicting aspects concerning consumption and purchase choices, the economic situation, interests, reliability, behaviour;
• propose a complaint to a supervisory authority, if it considers that the processing that concerns him violates the European Regulation. The complaint can be lodged in the Member State in which you habitually reside, work or in the place where the alleged violation occurred, as provided for by art. 77 of the European Regulation.

In general, systems, apps and websites produced and/or managed by AFA Systems srl have functions that allow the registered user to delete their personal data and with them their registration.
In any case, the data subjects can request the cancellation of their personal data, of their registration and can exercise the other rights protected by the GDPR by writing to: privacy@afasystems.it.
